Do you think osteoporosis affects only older women? If yes, then you are in wrong impression about osteoporosis.
Actually, despite of age and sex, that is whether you are older or younger, male or female, every one can get osteoporosis, if not taken proper bone care.
Most of you have your own perception and predictions regarding various health concerns including osteoporosis.
But, it is very essential for you to know the actual facts regarding the diseases well before you consider taking any step towards treatment.
Most people consider osteoporosis as inevitable part of normal aging process. But, it is not true; actually you can prevent osteoporosis by taking proper care of your body joints and bones. Eating healthy diet with lots of vitamin D and calcium can help you to prevent osteoporosis.
Do you know more than million people every year complain with fractures and half of them are diagnosed with osteoporosis? So, don’t ignore osteoporosis as it can cause very serious problems to your bones.
This is absolutely false way to predict. Apart from regular medications and hormone replacement therapy, many calcium supplements, weight training exercise and intake of vitamin D can help significantly to treat osteoporosis.

The start of point 3 “This is absolutely false way to predict” is somewhat poorly written and the point makes no mention of whether osteoporosis is reversible.
Info on reversing osteoporosis would be good. Info on unsubstantiated ‘treatments’ which will not provide a halt or reversal? Less so….
