When it comes to constipation, very few you would like to talk about this topic, as most of you can feel shy or uncomfortable to discuss about it.

But, it is very important to know about constipation, as it can lead to various health problems if ignored.

Almost every one of you can get constipation at some point or other in your life. So, be aware with the most common triggers of constipation and stay away from it as possible as you can.

  1. Improper intake of fiber: This is one of the major reasons to cause constipation. Enough intake of fiber in your regular diet is very crucial to avoid various health problems, including constipation. Try to take enough fiber, which is very high in raw fruits and vegetables, in your regular diet.
  2. Inadequate fluid intake: If you fail to drink enough fluids, it makes stool harder and certainly leads to constipation. Try to drink enough fluids in your day, especially water, to avoid constipation.
  3. Hormonal problems: Your body Hormones can also affect your routine bowel movements. For instance, very little amount of thyroid hormone or high amounts of parathyroid hormone can cause constipation for you. Be aware with it and seek medical advice.
  4. Lack of physical activity: Lack of necessary physical activity in your routine day schedule also leads to constipation. Try to include enough physical activity and practice regular exercises to avoid constipation.
