Foods to avoid
Some studies show that arthritis patients are at a very critical state of developing the most painful conditions with improper diet(diet for gout). So it is necessary for you to take utmost care of your regular diet routine.
Try to avoid animal protein beef, pork, meat and chicken. Even certain vegetables belonging to night shade family like peppers, white potatoes and egg plant should be eradicated.
Some arthritis sufferers had noticed improvement in arthritis treatment by reducing the intake of gluten sources like bailey and wheat.
You should also avoid consuming excessive amount of sugar, caffeine, salt and additives like flavonoids and spices.
Food to include
Vegetables rich in anti-inflammatory properties like broccoli, spinach and collards are essentially included in your diet of arthritis treatment.
Even squash, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and bell peppers will not cause any harm to you. You can also include certain unsalted nuts like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.
Fruits that are rich in sources of vitamin C like apples, papaya, peaches, strawberries, etc may help to relieve painful symptoms of arthritis. Brown rice, whole wheat bread, chick peas and all other lentils will be beneficial in arthritis treatment as well.
