Despite of size, shape and weight, women aged above 20 years are more likely to develop cellulite. Many experts believe that cellulite occur because of blood circulation problems.

Varicose veins

Wearing uncomfortable high heeled shoes are one of the most probable reasons for varicose veins in most of the women. So the best way to prevent varicose veins is to boost blood circulation in your legs.

Care: Brush your foot skin every once in a while. Elevate your legs just a little higher (two to three pillows) while you are resting at night as it will help to prevent poor blood circulation in your legs.
